Download Buddhism For Beginners books, If you want to discover Buddhism in a simple and effective Way, then keep reading! Buddhism has been catching the attention and interest of a lot of people lately. In a world where everything goes fast and is constantly evolving, this ancient philosophy can help to slow down and live a more present and fulfilling life. However, there is a problem: Buddhism seems extremely complicated from the outside. Those who have never studied it think that it is impossible for the average Joe to make his way through all the rules and laws of this philosophy. Truth be told, Buddhism is not as complicated as contemporary Gurus pretend it to be. Due to the powerful teachings shared by the Buddha, Buddhism has been purposely passed on as a complex and difficult philosophy, while in reality, it could not be further from the truth. In fact, Buddhism is the only religion that does not have a defined set of rules that the practitioners must follow. On the contrary, it provides people with moral standards and ethical etiquette, that the single individual can interpret and use as he pleases. Making Buddhism as simple as possible is the aim of this book. Here is what you will discover: The big difference between Buddhism and all other religions and how it can be crucial for your personal development The secret healthy lifestyle of monks and how you can apply it in your own life The teachings of the most important Buddhist personality of the previous century - hint: it is not the Dalai Lama The secret foods recommended by the Buddha himself for a longer and happier life The hidden meditation techniques that can help you move toward a more present life; Much more... To get the most out of this book and out of Buddhism you are not required to adhere to a beliefs system. This makes Buddhism suitable for Atheists and those who already practice another religion as well. The beauty of the teachings of the Buddha is exactly this: they are a message for everyone and with this book, we wanted to share it as clearly as possible. Evanghelia Dup Ioan

by Beniamin Fărăgău, Evanghelia Dup Ioan Books available in PDF, EPUB, Mobi Format.

In doing so, he shines new light on the great existential questions—Why is there Something rather than Nothing? What does it mean to exist? What is consciousness? What is the nature of truth?—and does so from an entirely unexpected direction. Ultimately, this book reveals how all of our fundamental questions stem from a single error, a single unwarranted belief—a single Grand Delusion.

Pure And Simple

by Upasika Kee Nanayon, Pure And Simple Books available in PDF, EPUB, Mobi Format. Download Pure And Simple books, Upasika Kee was a uniquely powerful spiritual teacher. Evocative of the great Ajahn Chah, her teachings are earthy, refreshingly direct, and hard-hitting. In the twentieth century, she grew to become one of the most famous teachers in Thailand--male or female--all the more remarkable because, rarer still, she was not a monastic but a layperson. Her relentless honesty, along with her encouraging voice, is one reason so many contemporary Buddhist teachers recall Upasika Kee so fondly, and so often. With this book, readers seeking something reminiscent of the classic Mindfulness in Plain English can receive instruction on meditation practice as they become acquainted with the legacy of a renowned Buddhist figure. Pure and Simple, the first widely-available collection of her writings, will be gratefully received not only by those who knew Upasika Kee, but by anyone who encounters her for the first time in its pages.

Finding Your Power To Be Happy Seven Practices To Bring Unconditional Happiness Into Your Life

by D.E. Hardesty, Finding Your Power To Be Happy Seven Practices To Bring Unconditional Happiness Into Your Life Books available in PDF, EPUB, Mobi Format. Download Finding Your Power To Be Happy Seven Practices To Bring Unconditional Happiness Into Your Life books, Learn to find the happiness that is natural to you, and enjoy better relationships, better health, more success and a longer life. The peculiar thing about us humans is, we spend a lot of time working to find people and things that will make us happy. In fact, we seem to spend the majority of our time doing this. However, there is no guarantee that any of this effort will work. There are lots of people who have hordes of people around them, and who have lots of things, but have been unable to make themselves happy. The truth is, happiness can be had with little effort. Have you ever been happy for no reason at all? Of course you have. Without anything changing in life, happiness just appears. We see it in young children all the time. In fact, we expect to see it in children. If you happen to ask a smiling child why he or she is so happy, at best the answer may be, “Because.” For an adult this may be an unsatisfying answer, but for the child it is the truth -- happiness exists “just because.” As we age we seem to lose touch with happiness-for-no-reason-at-all. We see a world where everyone is striving for stuff, striving for popularity, striving, striving, striving. The natural fount of happiness we once enjoyed disappears as we join them. However, that happiness is not gone. All that happened is we lost our connection to it. This book is about recovering that connection. We all grow up believing that if we work hard, and if we are good people, we will enjoy good relationships with others, good health, success and a long life. Obviously this is not true. There are a lot of rich old people who are not happy. What we have, what we do, and the other circumstances of our lives do not provide authentic happiness. Instead, happiness comes from inside of us, and all by itself enables us to have secure relationships, good health, more success and longer lives. So, what is the secret of being happy? Being happy is a little like flipping a switch. When it’s on you are happy and when it’s off you are not. It’s so easy. How else can you explain being happy for no reason. What you need to do is learn to turn it on, and keep it turned on. This book discusses seven practices that help you do that. There is a lot of wisdom available about how to be happy. Most of it is thousands of years old, but some is quite new. The seven practices we will look at incorporate this wisdom to help you learn how to turn on happiness in your life. This kind of happiness does not require changing anything in your life. All you have to do is learn to turn it on.
